You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or submit your email address on coilhood.com. By using Coilhood, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Coilhood on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and accept these Terms on their behalf.
When you submit your email address through coilhood.com, you are creating a subscriber relationship with Coilhood. You are responsible for providing accurate information. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
If Coilhood offers a dashboard or account login in the future, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Your personalized routine is generated for your individual use. You may print or save it for personal reference. You may not republish, sell, or distribute it as your own content.
The Coco character is an original creative work owned by Coilhood. Reproduction, imitation, or use of Coco in any commercial or public context requires written permission.
Coilhood is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific expectations. Hair care recommendations are based on the information you provide and general best practices. Individual results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coilhood and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Coilhood in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active paid subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
